ShopKaar collects the information needed to run an online store: your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, delivery address, account profile details, saved addresses, cart contents, checkout request details, payment method choice, discount code usage, and customer support messages.

We also store product, order, and delivery snapshots so we can confirm requests, support customers, and keep accurate operational records.

We use customer information to create accounts, keep carts and saved addresses working, process checkout requests, confirm orders, calculate shipping, arrange delivery, handle returns or exchanges, respond to support messages, prevent abuse, and improve the shopping experience.

If you choose marketing opt-in, we may use your email or phone number for store updates or offers. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.

Cash on Delivery orders do not require card details on the website. Manual transfer orders may ask you to follow bank, Raast, or wallet instructions and share proof through the support channel used for confirmation.

Do not send card numbers, CNICs, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive details through the website or support messages.

ShopKaar uses essential cookies to keep the cart, checkout, login, and admin security working. These cookies are needed for the store and are not used for advertising.

ShopKaar may use PostHog analytics and session replay to understand page views, searches, cart activity, checkout drop-off, and store performance. Analytics helps us improve the catalog and fix confusing parts of the shopping flow.

PostHog analytics is optional for this Pakistan-focused store. You can turn analytics off for your browser from Privacy Choices, while essential cart and login cookies continue to work.

Sensitive inputs such as addresses, phone numbers, payment proof, and personal identifiers should be masked or excluded from client-side analytics and replay. We do not intentionally send raw phone numbers, full addresses, CNICs, payment proof images, email addresses, or gateway payloads to client analytics.

We use trusted services to operate the store, including Supabase for database, authentication, and security rules; Cloudinary for product images; hosting infrastructure; email or messaging tools; delivery partners; and payment or bank transfer providers when enabled.

We share only the information these providers need to perform their role. We do not sell customer personal information.

Customer data is protected through access controls, server-side validation, and database security policies. Admin access is limited to store operations.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, support returns, maintain records, prevent fraud, or meet operational and legal requirements.
